About Me

My photo
About me huh, well, I work full time in a job that is fun but not so much rewarding. I have a boyfriend whom I love more and more everyday despite the fact that he is messy and lazy. I have 2 dogs that I adore and just acquired a 7 month old puppy that I am despising more and more every day. I go to school at DeVry and it is actaully going well.

It's been awhile

It has been a minute since I blogged. I do apologize. I am to busy um....watching TV and attempting to do homework I suppose. teehee! Anyways, I will update on stuff here.
My job just had its first week at a new location. I have to admit, I love it! I love Lewisville in general and we are there now instead of Coppell. I have an awesome "cube". It is in like a little cave and it is very private. There are 4 of us in the little cave and we call it the "Vegas" spot. What happens there, stays there.
I finished a semester of college about 3 weeks ago and got an A in the pointless retarded class I had to take. I am going for an A this semester and then I will make my very first Deans list. That excites me so keep your fingers crossed.
I have to say that I am super pumped for September 24th at 8pm. Who isn't. I mean the previews and interviews on TV have already spoiled Greys for me but I am still REALLY excited to cry for 2 hours.
I recently acquired a 7 month old Irish Setter. BIG mistake. She is the sweetest most lovable dog ever but OMG, I am not cut out for puppies. She is 99% potty trained, minus my bed. I mean WTF, why my bed? I am super anal about the condition of my bed and she has ruined it for me. I went to Macy's last night and bought new bed stuff in hopes of salvaging my thoughts on sleeping in my bed. I slept in the guest room last night because she left her second "surprise" for me when I got home last night. She also thinks that morning time comes between 4am and 5am. I have my alarm set for 6:30am. Is this normal puppy behavior and when she get over this? I hope it is like today that she does because she is wearing me out!
I started volunteering for Operation Kindness. It is so sad going in there and seeing all these homeless dogs and cats. I am thankful for an organization like this. They are a no kill shelter and any dog or cat that comes in that is not deathly ill or a hazard to adopt out to a family lives there until they are adopted. They feed them prescription diet food, not crap food and they have tons of volunteers that come and love and walk the dogs and cats. I am pretty sure that these animals are more rotten than my 3 dogs.
Well that is it for now~ I promise to blog more often hopefully!

First and Foremost....

First and Foremost... My first tribute to life- thanks for not making more time in the day.
The things that I could do if I had maybe an extra 10 hours to my day. First would be get a second job. I need money. I never seem to have enough money. That will be talked about in maybe my second tribute to life. He he. I would blog more in my days in that extra 10 hours. I would study more and have a 4.0 in college. I would get back to running. That was fun, please refer to Marissa's blog for more info on that bit of life experience. I may blog on that later. See, I need more hours! I could workout, I could be a better cook, I could be a better me. All in all, we need more time in the day.
A possible solution to this lack of time would be to simply do away with money. I think if people did not need money, we would not have to work and that would give us 40 hours at least during the week to enjoy each other and do lots of things. America could develop just 1 car and every family get one of those cars to use to go places. The car would be free. It could be built on volunteer time for those people that just might HAVE to do something with their hands. Everything else could be free. Travel costs, free. Food cost, free. Electricity, water, utilities, free. I think this would be a great idea.
